Absolutely brilliant Italian restaurant in Bristol. My family visited for my father's 75th Birthday meal. They made us all feel very welcome and provided us all with so much care and service, especially for my father. The food was all delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. Great location near the train station and to the city. Will definitely be back again next time we are visiting Bristol. Thank you very much for taking care of us all.

There's a reason this place has been here for decades, and I'm guessing it's because of the food and staff. Didn't fancy of our usual blah takeaway selection a few weeks back, and after playing the thrilling, "no, you choose" game with my husband, I randomly chose this place after driving past. We ordered, and I took a gamble with the arrancini, after never having had a tasty one before. And it was so good, I'm salivating over the memory of it (I'm lying, I've just had another one). The garlic bread is just how I remembered it from birthday meals, in traditional Italian restaurants, as a child. All light and crispy, drenched in butter and obviously garlicky. Our takeaways from here have been upgraded to "feast" status in our household, and long may they continue. We routinely have the capricciosa, squid, arrancini, and garlic bread (sometimes with cheese, sometimes without as we like to live life on the edge) Parking is a bit tricky, but my husband parks his van down the little lane opposite Temple Meads and I remain as the getaway driver. My husband also notes that it is sparkling clean inside and the staff are very nice too. So much so that they helped carry out our order tonight because I talked my colleagues into partaking on our night shift

First time I'd dined at this restaurant. The menu was extensive, the food tasty and piping hot, dishes looked appetising and the desserts to die for! Service was excellent and professional. Andrew the amazing Chef /Owner friendly, helpful and charismatic. Found parking not a problem in nearby side street. I'll most certainly go back and even better...... gift vouchers are available!

Nicest pizza I've ever had!! I've ate a lot of pizzas. Often my friend from college would stay at mine and we would order pizza 3 times a day for weeks and I've never ever had such a nice pizza than here, the sauce is sooooo tasty!! Excellent friendly and professional service. 5 star. Peace n Love.

Really nice place to celebrate special occasions or just come for delicious meal. We went there to celebrate anniversary as we read and heard really good reviews about this place. And it was honestly one of the best Italian restaurants I have tried so far. The food portions was very generous and really delicious starter main and dessert was just out of this world. I had tuna steak and my BF had seafood pasta. We had meat platter for starter and for desert we had tiramisu (my favourite dessert). We also had bottle of white wine to go with our meal. Prices was a bit higher, but the it definitely was worth it, there is also service charge. But overall very pleasant experience with chilled and slightly romantic vibe.

This place has been our number one favourite in Bristol! We have loved this place ever since we discovered it almost 10 years ago and we can never stop coming back! We especially love coming here for special occasions! The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are also so kind and accomodating- Jerome in particular continually provides us with excellent service. As soon as we enter the restaurant Jerome and the rest of the staff never fail to make us feel welcome! The food is authentic and well presented, the King Prawn Linguine in particular is our family favourite! Each time we dine at Don Giovanni its always a memorable experience!
